Processing times
This is a one woman run business. Meaning each roll of the business is fulfilled by one person. Due to this processing times can vary from 3-14 days.
Returns & Exchanges
All return postage costs are covered by the customer and If The Wick Fitz is not responsible for any return postage prices
Refund Policy
If we are responsible for a fault with the product or the item is damaged during transit. The customer is required to make contact as soon as possible. Photographic evidence will be required before the issue can be resolved. Once done the customer can choose either the full amount back in store credit or for the item to be resent if they prefer.
If contact is not made within an appropriate time of receiving the parcel (4 days) a refund can be denied if it is not evident that the fault was made during transit or from personal use.
Should a customer change their mind and no longer want the product before it is shipped. They will receive a full refund.
Should a customer change their mind after the item is shipped. The customer can return the items once unopened to receive a refund. The customer is responsible for any return postage costs and if unwilling to do so then no refund will be made in this case.
